Meeting rooms are ideal for business meeting, presentations or board meeting. There are 4 different meeting rooms available, depending on the number of participants and type of meeting. After the meeting, you can organize informal gatherings in the Relax zone with a coffee break or snack
Meeting rooms rentals includes:
- capacity from 2 to 15 people
- free parking
- guest reception at the business center reception desk and support during the meeting
- techinal support: projector / flip chart / TV
- fast Internet (optics 50/50 and wifi support)
- online inquiries and booking the meeting room by the hour, half or all day
- bottle of water and coffee/tea for each participant
- unlimited use of the relax zone – relaxation area
- tenants are eligible for a discount when using other bee@work facilities and services
